With nearly two decades of marketing and communications experience, Kimberly Campbell offers a wide array of public, media, investor, and customer relations capabilities to help clients reach their target audiences, achieve operational excellence, and expand their product and service offerings. She orchestrates campaigns for small to mid-sized associations, businesses, government entities, and not-for-profit organizations and has extensive expertise in more technical arenas such as aerospace, finance, and healthcare. Services include: business and marketing plans, brand development and diagnostics, project planning and management, market studies and analysis, proposal development and production, public relations and outreach, event planning, and marketing ideas and implementation.

Throughout her career, Ms. Campbell has written and distributed hundreds of press releases, led dozens of proposal efforts, hosted corporate events for groups as large as 1,000, and led and managed numerous successful programs. She’s been interviewed on news programs such as Fox, CNN, National Public Radio, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, and NASA TV. She has been cited by national news sources such as Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Washington Post, Chicago Sun, Boston Globe, LA Times, MSNBC, and Houston Chronicle.

Prior to forming QUEST Business Strategies, Ms. Campbell served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing & Communications at SPACEHAB Inc., a publicly traded leading commercial aerospace company. She was responsible for leading all public relations and promotional activities for the company spanning multiple subsidiaries and business units across the country. Ms. Campbell also held the role of Investor Relations Officer, advancing institutional and individual investor affiliations.

With additional expertise in communications and leadership, Ms. Campbell still finds time to serve as an active member of the community both professionally and personally. She has affiliations with the Public Relations Society of America, National Investor Relations Institute, Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership, and the University of Houston Mentoring Network. With children as a focus, she makes a personal commitment to organizations such as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Gabriel’s Angels and has adopted two children through the State of Texas. She’s been a member of the Galveston Bay Area Alumni Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega for almost twenty years and has held several officer positions.

Featured in the book “Women of Space, Cool Careers on the Final Frontier,” Ms. Campbell also designed and developed the STARS Program, a global space education initiative, which flies student-designed experiments onboard the Space Shuttle and International Space Station. Of nine experiments flown in space, one received special accolades and was placed on permanent museum display at Smithsonian’s National Air & Space Museum in Washington D.C.

A published author of numerous business and education papers, Ms. Campbell holds several management, customer service, and life insurance certifications. She earned her Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing, both from the University of Houston Clear Lake, where she was named as their 2005 Distinguished Alumni.
